Start a DSAR subject-access export

POST 
/v1/:tenant/banks/:bank_id/subjects/export

Assemble a subject-access envelope for the memories in bank_id that match tag_any. Small subjects (<500 units, format='json') return the envelope inline; larger requests return 202 with an export_id the caller polls via GET /v1/{tenant}/exports/{id}.

Authentication required — include an Authorization: Bearer hsk_... header. See Authentication for details.
